Khamenei in a speech
March 1, 1953. He had not appeared. Neither had he calles anyone with him. At half past six in the evening light was lit in his office. Now everyone waited on his bell. What then did Beria in the first instance? No doctors but a threatening speech: "What do you panic! Can you not see that Stalin is firmly asleep? March, everybody out, and our leader is not to be disturbed his sleep! I will get into this with you later! "
At nine o clock in came Beria, the rest of the Politburo and the doctors to inspect the great leader. Stalin was long dead. The world would be infomed only a few days later. From that time on the different groups working together to eradicate. That is the death of totalitarian leaders.
Cancer
How is it going with Ayatollah Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Iran? We have long known that he is very ill. He may suffer from a form of cancer. But this week announced Michael Ledeen, an Iran-renowned expert and former security adviser to President Reagan that Khamenei is in a coma since last Monday.
Ledeens opinion is based on his sources in Iran. His blog was fully translated and distributed by the site Tabnak of Mohsen Rezai, former commander of the Revolutionary Guard (RG). Then it was taken over by countless sites. In the past week, Khamenei didnt appeare in public. Even after the reports of Ledeen Khamenei didnt appeare in public.
But ISNA and Fars reported yesterday that the leader had a meeting with Senegalese President. But who has met whom? Unfortunately I can not judge this. Sometimes, briefly, there are wonderful medication effects.
Is Khamenei actually still alive? Ledeen was attacked by the state of Irans media. Meanwhile, nobody knows what happens with Khamenei. Maybe he is better. One thing is certain: Khamenei is in a bad state. My sources also report this. He was even visited by Russian doctors. What a coincidence! Ledeen does have knowledgeable friends in Tehran and it irritates the Iranian rulers. For if the message on the health of Ledeen on the Iranian leader was not right, then it must be denied Ahmadinejad. They did not. If the leader of Iran is in a perfect condition, he would have to appear in public. From the dark chambers of the totalitarian Iran, an important message reached Ledeen: the great leader is not well.
Suppose that Khamenei dies. What happens then? There is chaos and violence on who the successor to Khamenei may be. Even Khomeini's death was announced after several days because they first wanted to settle the succession. Ahmadinejad has already received a license at their discretion and act as necessary to arrest opposition leaders. This week the generals and the intelligence talked about security in the coming weeks. In case of arrests an unprecedented bloody conflict in Iran will be unleashed with an uncertain outcome.

Suppose Khamenei gets better. What happens then? For Studentday early November a major demonstration has been planned. But now the pupils and students are warned that they should not demonstrate. The regime is apparently planning to go into action that day. After that they will probably arreste thousands.
The decisive moment for the government and the opposition has slowly begun to announce. There will anyway be deaths. Ledeen has done Iranians and the world a favor by reminding everyone that the Persian people have difficult days ahead. When the totalitarian leaders, the mortal gods go, the burial of the earthly gods not an easy task.

Obama has not unleashed the Green Revolution against Ahmadinejad Now the leader of the Islamic Iran has admitted that the opposition leaders are not spies of the West and Israel, the question arises who the green revolution has unleashed. Not Obama in any case!
Tabnak this week revealed that President Obama a few weeks ago wrote his second letter to Khamenei. Tabnak is the site of Mohsen Rezai. He was nearly twenty years the commander of the Revolutionary Guards. The first letter to Khamenei wrote Obama a few weeks before the election. They are friendly letters in which the President begged Iranian leaders to talk to him.

The Iranian leader Khamenei knows the answer with almost military precision to formulate. Khamenei on August 30 made a speech on the state of the Iranian Academy. Khamenei believes that the "soft war" of the West against the Islamic republic is conducted through the university. According to Khamenei there are three and half million Iranians studying in universities or colleges. Two million Iranians follow studies that deal with man and society: philosophy, literature, psychology, political science, public administration, law, art, sociology, economics, communications, et cetera.
What thinks Khamenei of 2 million students not studying medicine, mathematics, physics and so on? "It is a serious worry. Since the Islamic universities lack the skills to train these students. They have not enough professors from an Islamic worldview that science could approach and teaching. Human and social sciences are mostly grounded in materialism and disbelief in the divine Islamic teachings. The teaching of these sciences lead to disbelief in the divine and Islamic teachings. The teaching of these sciences in universities will lead to the spread of skepticism and doubts about the religious foundations and faith. The government bodies, parliament and the Supreme Council for Cultural Revolution to be the focus these issues seriously, "said the Iranian leader.

Have you seen Obama with an Iranian student? No, but in the great mosque of Cairo.

Can #IranElection Achieve More?
Since the start of the Iranian Uprising, many have contributed to the Twitterthread #iranelection. Their effort has been highly praised by Iranians and media.
Righty so, because #iranelection has achieved quite a few things. Very often, #iranelection was way faster in bringing news from or about Iran than main stream media. Many Twitterers have launched great initiativs like petitions. One of the highlights is, without any doubt, the Haystack project, developped by a Twitterer and enabling people in Iran to surf the Internet much safer.
While developments in Iran are somewhat slower these days, it is time for #iranelection activists to read and discuss more about Iran and its past and future. And this relative calm also offers a chance to think about the goals and posibilities of #iranelection.
Allow me to introduce the dutch shocklog www.geenstijl.nl now. This site has been very succesful in deploying different strategies to achieve a huge impact on subjects they chose. Tehy called it the GeenStijl guerilla tactics. In the past 5 years GeenStijl has been able to topple politicians, find criminals, uncover misuse of taxpayers money and giving a voice to criticism on the political system usualy not aired in mainstream media.
It might be wise to look at some of these tactics to be used by Twitterers at #iranelection. As such, the situation in Iran differs greatly from the situation in the Netherlands and Europe. Having said that, there is no doubt in my mind that the people at #iranelection will be able to deploy new strategic efforts to launch at the Iranian Putschist regime.
Off course, the tactics used by GeenStijl can not be simply duplicated for use againts the Iranian regime. But many lessons learned from GeenStijl's history can be adopted by #iranelection. One example of such tactis that should also be effective for #iranelection.
I am thinking of the attack on a seemingly rocksolid front of Irans establishment. We know now that the regime is far from stable. It is, in fact, very divided and gives the impression it is trying hard to survive the turmoils. This offers good possibilities to use the GeenStijl strategy of breaking a front.
All it takes is to sort one regimemember out that you consider vulnerable. In stead of focussing on the complete front, that is formed in order to impress as an unbreakable unity, this strategy is devolopped to brak that front by choosing one (or more) person and launch massive attack on that person.
The more this person gets into focus, the more of a threat he becomes to the seeming front. If applied properly, the collective of the front (regime) will tend to get rid of the one who is endangering the entire regime beacuse accusations towards that one person will affect the entire group. Teh others will want to get rid of the targeted, beacuse his position might harm their own interests. We have witnessed this extraordinary phenomena many times at GeenStijl.
So: how to pick the "victim"? It is obvious that the best targets are those who have committed or ordered torture, shooting and killing are vulnerable. Even within the conservative factions in Irans establishment people have heavily criticized both the crackdown on the Iranian people as well as the brutal treatment of detainees. THis means that those responsible are vulnerable. The rest of Irans establishment do not wish to be held responsible for acts commited by others.
Therefore, it might be considered to choose some of those elements within Irans establishment. It can also be considered tot highlight the ones behind the curtains, such as Mehba Yazdi and Mojtaba Khamenei.
These lessons learned could be introduced tot #iranelection 's arsenal of possibilities to help the Iranian People. This column is firstly written to invite folks at #iranelection to start thinking about the lessons learned from GeenStijl and develop custome made tactics for their activities for the Iranian people.
